Recruiter

Currently, we are looking for a curious, easygoing and enthusiastic Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team in Bucharest. Responsibilities

• Conduct phone interviews with potential candidates (applicants, referrals, direct sourced candidates etc.) and schedule face-to-face interviews
• Screen candidates’ CVs and job applications and assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes
• Collaboratively consult with hiring managers to understand and recommend strategies for identifying and recruiting potential candidates
• Develop and update job deions and job specifications
• Proactively create applicant pools and talent pipelines by posting job ads through job boards, social media and employee referral programs
• Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates
• Make sure candidate information is accurately and consistently kept up-to-date within our talent management system – Workday

• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
• Hands-on experience with sourcing techniques (e.g. recruiting on social platforms and working with Boolean search strings)
• Ability to positively present our company and job opportunities to potential candidates
• Bachelor’s degree
