The Edenred Digital Center (EDC) in Bucharest, Romania is Edenred Group's largest Digital hub for strategic #tech projects.

- 5+ years of relevant work experience in international organisations both as contributor and team leader
- Proven participation in 3+ data driven products/services delivery (as contributor and team leader)
- Strong knowledge of Power BI (any other BI systems is a benefit) and its visualization
- Experience in working with Data Scientists on the Data visualization
- SQL query language proficiency
- Strong communication leadership skills (ability to work in complex organizations)
- English required, French is a plus
Soft Skills: excellent communication, leadership, open minded, agile, autonomous, business oriented, customer oriented

Nice to have:
- Knowledge on Python or R, focused to data analysis and explorationrn
- Experience with creating segments, custom reports, goals in Google Analytics, Data Studio
- Experience with Hadoop ecosystem, Spark, no transactional Databases
- Data processing and computation frameworks: Kafka Streams, Storm, Spark, Flink, Beam, Akkarn
- Cloud platforms: AWS, Google Cloud or Azure

- Assess existing BI landscape architecture (5+ various BI tools, 300+ reports, 50+ contributors) and suggest an effective community organization (data architecture)
- Active engagement in key proof of concepts/dashboards/reports design and delivery as leader/contributor
- Lead/coach direct reports, mentor BI specialists
- Establish, support (maintain) Edenred's group community of BI practice
- Manage external vendors and contractors in order to achieve the best outcome (product execution)
- Become a trusted BI advisor for key business leaders engaged into mentioned above POC/Products
