At least B2 level of English
Very strong command of Microsoft Excel

Previous interaction with ticketing systems is preferable
Nice to have experience with ERP systems and troubleshooting
Excellent communications and interpersonal skills
Ability to grasp concepts quickly and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities

Your job will be focused on data insertion, data modification and quality verification
Ensure timely processing of all assigned maintenance requests for clients catalog (marketing copies updates and changes, part number changes, product setup changes, uploading new images, etc.)
Ensure daily checks and updates on all assigned cases
Responsible for overall personal queue management and accuracy as per provided documentation
Ensure case prioritization as per provided documentation
Provide timely and accurate updates to clients teams and suppliers, EU Region, inside the ticketing system
Handle all assigned escalations or reworks as per Team ManagerQuality instructions
Participate to all mandatory Trainings according to Training Upskill plan
Participate to all team and one to one meetings
Proactive feedback on all potential tools and process issues
Proactive feedback on continuous improvement initiatives and process changes
