    Cerinte

    We are looking for a person with solid experience in performance management.


    If you have the following, we want to hear from you:


    - 5 years experience in HR field – on a Managerial position or Coaching Management.
    - Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders across the organisation at all levels
    - Very good knowledge of English (B2), French is a plus.
    - Knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.
    - Availability for business travel 25%.
    - Good knowledge of MS Office.

    Responsabilitati

    We want to find a Performance Management Business Partner that will be able to influence and inspire those around him and take action!
    Are your eager to find out more about this role?


    As a Performance Management Business Partner in VEO, you will:
    - Supervise the internal evaluation processes and take action when there are discrepancies from the standard norm.
    - Provide training and guidance to new and existing managers regarding the internal evaluation processes used by the company.
    - Carry out other evaluation processes on demand: 360 degrees and other.
    - Support managers in issues related to lack of performance, staff development issues, action plans to improve performance, disciplinary procedures, conflict management, transition management & succession planning.
    - Establish a performance management process for under performers (Plan to Accompany Competencies) and release it in the company ensuring managers buy-in and respect of the process.
    - Collaborate with HR manager and Comp & Ben Specialist regarding performance review and reward management.
    - Collaborate with HR team in updating job descriptions in order for them to be aligned with process.
    - Collaborate with HR team, Operational Committees, Payroll and Personal Administration Services, Legal department, regarding performance management issues.
