    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Builds strong, working relationships with major customer stakeholders and in-house development teams to ensure complete and transparent communication and support
    • Assists with new product introduction, representing the customer and support and manage pre-production trial runs and first off sample approvals. Coordinates the on-site homologation activities of the new products according to customer’s requirements. Management of the documentation associated with the acceptance criteria and verification of the final product
    • Implementation and verification of compliance of the instructions associated with the control plan of the product
    • Prepares and maintains product quality documentation based on ISO and client specifications
    • Validation of the equipment in the aspects involved in the product quality
    • Develops and submits PPAP documents for new product lunches to meet customer requirements
    • Participates in the development and refinement of Design and Process FMEA’s (Failure Mode and Effects Analysis) and represents the customer’s views
    • Leads the 8D Process in case of customer complaint
    • Investigates reports of defective, damaged or malfunctioning parts, assemblies, equipment or systems to determine nature and scope of problem that the customer is experiencing
    • Evaluates findings to formulate corrective action plan and coordinates implementation
    • Reports to the customer the root causes analysis results, the containment measures and corrective actions taken to ensure resolution
    • Monitors and reports on KPIs in order to adhere to process and prevent occurrence of any non-conformity relating to product, process or system
    • Promotes the use of customer preferred techniques for continuous improvement
    • Manages and coordinates customer PPM (Parts per Million), cost recovery and supplier warranty indicators
    • Manages and coordinates audits( client, ISO, internal compliance)
    • Leads quality technicians
    • Assist with training of quality awareness
    • Creates regular statistical reports and analysis

    EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:

    • Bachelor degree in Engineering, prefer Manufacturing or Mechanical

    EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

    • Minimum 2 years experience in a similar job, preferably in automotive

    ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

    • Strong written and verbal communication skills
    • Strong presentation and negotiation skills
    • Good understanding of customer expectations and deliverables
    • Ability to function in a fast-paced team-oriented environment and handle multiple priorities
    • Knowledge of standards and methods of qualitative analysis in automotive field
    • PFMEA, Control Plan, PPAP, 8D reports, Root cause analyse-5Whys, Ishikawa, Pareto
    • Good ISO quality system knowledge
    • Fast reaction to changes
    • Quick decision taker
    • Analytical and numerical competences
    • Capacity to work under pressure, with deadlines
    • Strong skills in English language
    • Flexibility to travel
