REQUIRMENTS
Knowledge related in on premise and cloud security solutions
6 - 8 years experience in an information security role
Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
Proven experience and success with network design and implementation
Proven experience with network capacity planning, network security principles, and general network management best practices
Excellent hardware troubleshooting experience
Some application support experience

QUALIFICATIONS:
EducationCertification: Bachelors degree in Computer Science or years of related experience+.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND BASIC DUTIES:
Serve as an escalation point and mentor for technical aspects of security operations
Strong expertise in security log management integration on premise and in the cloud
Cloud security knowledge desirable
Expertise in report and notification creation and other significant messages for security operations
Provide expertise in database security, web application security, and application systems
Conduct research on emerging products, services, protocols, and standards in support of PTCs IT vision
Strong knowledge of tradition network security endpoint and network security solutions
Knowledge of Scripting and basic API integration

POSITION PURPOSE:
Leading and directing other Security Engineers, responsible for providing support in solving all phases of complex information security related technical problems. Reviews and recommends information security solutions to customer problems based on an understanding of productssystems test results. Conducts system security analysis and implementation, system engineering, design assurance, testing, software engineering, program design, configuration management, integration and testing of information security products and techniques.
