    • Support the site operation of business systems within your area of responsibility mainly by:
      • Monitoring the application interfaces and batch jobs and remediating the technical errors
      • Monitor customer demand integration
      • Monitor scheduling agreements  
      • Customize in&out messages
      • Knowledge related to JIT processes
      • Ensure functional & technical coherence between Group standards and local implementation by assisting with or participating in the implementation of new functionalities and features delivered from the core system
      • Providing technical support to application key users (mass changes, EDI setup,..)
      • Customize outputs for customers and suppliers
      • Working with tables  
      • Monitor packaging instructions, label types
      • Knowledge on returns from customers 
      • Following and reporting the application KPIs
      • Train KUsers and maintain procedures for the local processes related to SD&EDI
      • Report and escalate the IS incidents (ISQC); cooperate on the system recovery with the support teams
    CHANGE MANAGEMENT & CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT:
    • Ensure the IS processes and policies are adhered as per Valeo standards and continuously improved:
      • With the application key users analyze, test and implement technical evolutions of the applications
      • With the application key users implement the action plans to close the gaps between the standards and the assessed as-is situation
    • Within your area of expertise, collect from the internal customers new requirements, potential improvements to existing processes, data and information processing using the implementation and application of advanced technologies such digitalization, analytics, evaluate the business case and coordinate its implementation.
    IMPLEMENTATIONS:
    • Manage changes and implementation in the ERP system and other site business applications.
      • Support the business key users and owners to define the system requirements
      • Coordinate with external and internal solution providers when necessary
      • Ensure the standard Valeo processes
      • Provide the technical assistance to application key users to perform the functional tests, verify and validate them and ensure the sustainability of the operations 
      • Adopt the solution documentation and train the key users
          Professional Experience:
      • Experience in business analysis or related fields
      • Experience with automotive industry would be appreciated
