Software Project Leader

For our Research & Development Center in Timisoara we are looking for a Software Project Leader.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain SW Project Plan, by identifying the activities of the project, creating estimations together with Software Developers and fulfilling the defined project milestones
• Coordinate with the other disciplines and control SW project activities to ensure these are in line with the project plan
• Conduct/coordinate the Software development activities according to the development process, covering Requirements, Architecture, Design and Coding
• Fulfill the development process and ensure the tailoring of the optional activities
• Give technical support when required

• University Degree (. Electronics, Computer Science, Physics, Informatics)
• Embedded systems knowledge and experience
• Software Development process know-how ( V-Model, Agile, Waterfall)
• Project management methodology
• Very good organization skills
• Good communication skills
• English skills in writing and speaking
