Deep understanding of the different aspects of BPO business QA, MIS, SLA, Base-lining;
Excellent project management skills applied to wide range and number of project types, complexities, domains and geographies especially related with Finance Accounting Travel Contact Center;
Participated in FA transitions with different levels of complexity across Europe;
Participated in process discoverydue diligence exercise prior transition;
Demonstrated ability to understand complex, multi-project environments and be able to quickly diagnose potential risks and issues;
At least 3 years of intense customer facing roles;
Strong Project Management skills;
Managed liaised with IT Projects team to deliver Technology solution (infrastructure and tools) during process improvement initiatives;
Understanding of process improvement methodologies preferably Six Sigma YellowGreen Belt;
Expertise in project management tools (MS Project) and methodologies;
Expertise in MS Visio tools and process mapping methodologies.

Successful management of largemultiple transitions of Clients processes in the FATravelContact Center domain;
Build close rapport with key internal stakeholders and Clients;
Strong focus on positive transition outcomes, in line with the Client's needs;
Metrics Delivery Setup metric deliverables and reporting effectively to ensure visibility and achievement of goals from day 1 of go-live ;
Compliance and continuous improvement to the WNS Transition Methodology;
Thorough and proactive project tracking risk, issue, escalation and milestone management;
Strong focus on revenues minimize risks along with speed of execution;
Identify areas for efficiency improvement and implementing the same;
Team management during transition;
Facilitates dailyweeklymonthly meetings with all stakeholders to collect status and discuss project issues;
Creates management reports and presentations to keep senior leadership up to date on schedule, budget, and deliverable status;
Maintain and improve master programportfolio plan in MS Project;
Help on documenting policies and procedures to be used as best practice;
Handling prospect or existing client presentations;
Respond to RFI RFPs along with the solutions team.
