    Requirements

    Candidate Profile

    Its a PM with proven data analysis skills, operational or IT background are preferred.

    Knowledge and Skills

    project program management and change management skills.
    Proved data analysis skills
    Demonstrated ability to develop relationships across organizations and accomplish goals under pressure situations. Strong skills in exercising independent judgment.
    Master knowledge in Excel and Access database
    Strategic thinker who can execute tactically
    Positive attitude with a tenacious spirit to attack any challenge
    Likes to solve the hardest problems and have fun doing it

    Responsibilities

    The hired candidate will report to the Managed Print Services Region Business Operations Manager and will be responsible to structureprogramgovern the introduction of sales comp.

    Critical Main responsibilities will be:

    Leads, structure and develop the introduction of variable pay schema
    Helps and Support the quota plans developments in partnership with Finance and Sub Region Managers
    Develop monthly, quarterly, semester quotaactuals governance
    Partner with Sales Comp to Performs business analysis, develops recommendations solutions.
    Drive and support Sales Comp data feeder requirements
    Interface with HR and other departments for e2e successful implementation
    Works across subregions to develop andor implement newenhanced compensation plans to meet and fuel profitable growth.
