Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role;
Excellent English skills;
Good knowledge of Microsoft Desktop Operating Systems - Windows 7 and 10;
Good knowledge of Office 365 Suite;
Solution and customer oriented, willing to go the extra-mile to solve clients incidents;
Willing to work in shifts (6AM to 14PM, 10AM to 18PM, 14PM to 22PM)
Offer assistance to external clients concerning IT issues and incidents;
Offer support and troubleshooting regarding Windows 10 related issues and Office 2016365 Suite;
Document incidents using the internal ticketing system;
Receive and solve tickets coming from L1 Support Team;
Convey tickets to L3 Support Team when necessary.
