Proved expereince with Customer Facing role in retail or distribution (preferable FMCG sector)
University degree from management, supply chain or similar
Driving License B category
Advanced level for the following skills:
Microsoft Office Excel
Fluent ROMANIAN and English
Maximizing the asset productivity via managing proper asset flows in the entrusted region (regular visits in FMCG retail chains stores)
Establishing and maintaining relationships at appropriate levels with entrusted locations
Providing increase in customer satisfaction through continuous meetings and trainings for Retailers staff according to recognised needs
Ensuring correct implementation of new customers to reach agreement regarding asset recovery
Manage audit program based on account portfolio implementation
Comply with the safety legislation, policies and procedures
Support the stray pallet recovery program
Establishing relationships at the senior managers level in the strategic networks in the country
