    Requirements

    Previous working experience in a services company (BPOSSC), either in HR or in a business role
    Demonstrated ability to develop and manage complex initiatives to success
    Strong business and HR acumen, including strong problem-solving skills, critical thinking and influencing skills
    Strong verbal and written communication skills, including solid analytical skills ability and proven experience using and presenting data to make decisions
    Ability to lead projects, define goals, set milestones and follow through on deliverables
    Fluent in Romanian English
    Very good knowledge of Romanian labor law, HR practices and processes
    Solid skills in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
    Team-player spirit
    Strong presentation and communication skills
    Analytical and problem-solving skills
    Result oriented, high flexibility and work autonomy
    High level of accuracy and attention to detail

    Responsibilities

    Act as a consultant to the Operations teams and provide input on the HR implications of business decisions and plans
    Implement initiatives to drive and maintain a culture of excellent employee relations and communications
    Develop and implement HR processes and policies
    Collaborate with Compensation Benefits, Finance, Training teams
    Drive key HR projects in people development, performance, employee engagement, recruiting staffing
    Liaise with other business departments

    The HR Generalist is responsible for end to end HR Admin Payroll activities for WNS Romania

    1) Payroll HR Admin main activities

    Maintaining relation with external vendor
    Full employee life cycle: onboarding, labor relations offboarding
    Absence Attendance management
    Collecting and maintaining information fromfor employees: sick leaves, bank account changes, modifications of working hours, salaries etc.
    Managing Databases Peoplesoft Colorful HR (currently)
    Policies procedures
    POC for employees and managers regarding People related policies, processes and procedures

    2) HSE - Labor Safety Health Protection

    Maintaining relation with external vendor
    Organizing onboarding recurrent HSE trainings according
    Organizing quarterly HSE committees
    Responsible for legal formalities in case of HSE related events

    3) Labor Medicine

    Maintaining relation with external vendor
    Planning and organizing annual medical check-up according to law compliance
    4) Compensation Benefits

    Managing benefits platformsvendors
    Annual Performance review salary surveybenchmarking
    Reporting recurrent ad-hoc reports

    5) Audit Internal, External Authorities

    SPOC for HR Admin Payroll related audits
