- College degree in IT
- Language skills: English advanced

- Medium to advanced knowledge and experience with unattended Operating System deployment tools (e.g. Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager SCCM, Windows Assessment and Deployment Kit (ADK), Microsoft Deployment Toolkit (MDT) )

- Medium to advanced knowledge in the following areas
Scripting: PowerShell, VB, Windows Batch Scripting
Windows 10 Operating System Configuring and Administration

- Medium knowledge in the following areas
Windows Server Operating System (roles, features)

Active Directory: OU, user machine accounts, groups and GPO

- Basic knowledge
Network configurations (TCPIP stack, DNS, DHCP)
SQL Server and SQL Server Reporting Services
Citrix andor other virtualization tools
Software Deployment

- Create Operating System (OS) image design:
- Gather and review input and requirements from the customer
- Create documentation of OS image requirements and details
- Plan, design and implement OS image deployment infrastructure;
- Create OS image according to OS image design;
- Integrate and test OS image using the OS image distribution tool;
- Follow, maintain and improve the processes and procedures defined for the project assigned;
- Maintenance of the Image Management infrastructure;
- Reporting and Documenting;
- Participate in regular status meetings;
- Level 2 Support - is comprised of technical support specialists, not residing at the Service Desk, who can resolve problems beyond Level 1 and Level 1.5.

Level 2 support personnel may provide support remotely or locally and includes the following responsibilities:
o Solve the remainder of the problems not solved at Levels 1 or 1.5, short of defects in products
o Document actions in the record
o Perform root cause analysis when required
o Work with vendors (as appropriate) to resolve problems
o Assist in the use of supported products
o Recommend process and tool improvements
o Contact other support groupsorganizations as required
o Interface with other systems, networks, and operating system environments
o Route to other levels of support as required
o Provide documentation and training for Level 1 and Level 1.5 support if applicable
o Communicate with other levels of support via telephony, client chat tools or IBM tools, ticketing system, emails
o Create and implement change requests for incidentsproblems as needed.
