Security Operations Team Leader

Your Mission:  

Within the Société Générale Group, you will join Global Technology Services (GTS), which is the IT entity in charge of the infrastructure at the Group Level. The IT Security Hub team in Bucharest brings together all the technical and functional skills, being in charge of finding solutions to prevent the risk of sensitive data leakages for different cross boarder business lines of the Société Générale Group. To run its operations, continue the growth of activities and increase the level of expertise for the activities delivered, we are recruiting an Operations Team Leader for the Security Hub.
 
Your Role in a Nutshell:  

• Run and improve continuously the Security Operations activities operating in Romania, in particular Data Leakage Protection, Spam phishing, Security Exceptions Management, in close relationship with central teams in Paris and business lines and in cooperation with the Global Account Manager of the entity;
• Define and provide KPI’s required to steer the performance of the team and activities;
• Assure an optimal balance of the team resources adapted to the business priorities;
• People management: take in charge the management of the teams in Romania from recruitment, performance, workload management, career development for resources reporting to you directly;
• Operations and service improvement: - contribute to industrialization of standards and processes, aiming for synergies and continuous improvement; ensure activities are run within the service levels defined with the internal partner and in cooperation with the Global Account Manager; managed the operational governance defined for Security Hub, at local and global levels; ensure a fluid communication within the team and with main partners.

• 2-5 years previous experience in management of IT operational teams;
• You have a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent;
• Good knowledge of English and French (spoken and written);
• IT Security background and sensibility;
• Good command of MS Excel and MS PowerPoint;
• Ability to prioritize and multi task activities based on daily actions in queue;
• Responsible attitude and ambition in achieving your mission.
