Basic understanding of an ERP system
Good Analytical Skill Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel
Foreign languages skills:
- Advanced English language skills, both written and spoken
- Advanced Spanish language skills, both written and spoken
Good interpersonal skills
Rigoraccuracy and sense of urgency and of deadlines
Customer oriented

The Call Off Officer primary function is to effectively assist customers with their procurement needs:
Reviewing requisitions for quality assurance, processing changes, updates and cancels of purchase orders, and handling invoicing needs
Communicate with the local unit people for solving issues on requests
Placing purchase orders in line with the requests
Following up, cancelling, postponing and speeding up orders
Contacting suppliers and ask for quotations and order confirmation
Send purchase orders to suppliers
Solve invoice discrepancies in agreement with the local unit
