Technical Data Capture Specialist

Hunt Group – a mix of recruitment (executive search and head hunting) and outsourcing activities in industries such as IT, oil&gas, banking, finance and automotive.

- 3-4 years experience with web services, APIs and cloud technology
- Technical education
- Good understanding of security around web services and APIs
- You thrive on solving complex technicalconfiguration questions
- You enjoy working with new technology: cloud, web services, APIs
- Knowledge of MS Windows MS SQL Server is a plus
- Follow up and follow through mentality
- Strong customer focus
- Analytical skills
- Good command of English, both verbal and in writing. German would be nice to have
- Ability to handle multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Technical bachelors degree (technical disciplines preferred)

- Support the onboarding process of new clients by making use of web services and other integration techniques
- Effective troubleshooting of issues communicated by clients
- Proactive monitoring of customer processes
- Collaborate across teams to optimize customer success
- Identify opportunities to optimize services
- Communicate clearly and efficiently. Coordinate across product teams throughout Serrala, including engineering, product, cloud operations and other teams
