Data Capture Specialist Managed Services

- 2 years experience within document management or data transformation
- Understanding of document structures
- Technical education
- You thrive on solving issues customer problems
- You enjoy working with new technology: cloud, web services, etc
- Ability to prioritise
- Knowledge of MS Windows MS SQL Server is a plus
- Follow up and follow through mentality
- Strong customer focus
- Analytical skills
- Good command of English, both verbal and in writing. German would be nice to have
- Understanding of cloud andor web services
- Ability to handle multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Technical bachelors degree (technical disciplines preferred)

- Support the onboarding process of clients by configuration and initializing set up
- Troubleshooting of functional issues encountered during the data capturing process
- Proactive monitoring of customer processes
- Creation and maintenance of templates
- Collaborate across teams to optimize customer success
- Identify opportunities to improve services
- Communicate clearly and efficiently. Coordinate across product teams throughout Serrala, including engineering, product, cloud operations and other teams
