    -studii medii (absolvite in Romania cu diploma BAC sau 13 clase absolvite in Italia ) sau superioare (finalizate sau in curs)
    -cunostinte limba italiana nivel B2-C1 (scris/vorbit)
    -cunostinte limba engleza nivel B1 (optional)
    -pachet Ms Office (Excel, Word, Acces)
    -experienta minim 1 an intr-un domeniu similar (call-center, customer support, banking, sales) constituie avantaj
    -disponibilitate de a lucra in ture 24/7 sau ture interval 06-22

    Responsabilitati

    Activitati de suport inbound pentru clientii posesori de POS-uri, suport acordat pentru probleme tehnice legate de:

    -actualizareresetare soft
    -informatii privind operatiunile efectuate prin intermediul POS
    -anulare tranzactii
    -informatii privind circuitele bancare (VISAMastercard, AmericanExpress)
    -suport platforma plati online (E-commerce)

    Activitati de suport inbound pentru clientii posesori de carduri de creditdebit:

    -blocaredeblocare carduri (in urma pierderii, furtului acestora)
    -monitorizarea si gestiunea semnalarilor primite in urma utilizarii frauduloase a cardurilor
