Technical affinity, experience in IT is a plus
Attention to customer and service orientation
Handling and solving managed services issues, while adhering to defined processes
Team skills and willingness to learn
Good Dutch and English communication skills, both written and verbal
This is an entry position with very good further development opportunities
After an initial training phase, you will support our Customer Support Team through the following activities:
Managed Services Support, that means being a part in handling the installed ATOSS Solution
Communication with customers by phone and email to coordinate necessary activities
Analyze process and document our customers problems and inquiries
Occasional business trips to Munich
