Professional experience in order processing or in inside sales
High commitment

Good knowledge of MS-Office
Experience with an ERP or CRM system would be an advantage
Advanced German and English language skills

Complete processing of orders (order acceptance, check for completeness and plausibility, compliance with the internal delegation rules, processing, delivery, invoicing)
Responsibility for the commercial processing of orders, including communication with the customer by e-mail and telephone
Internal and external contact person for commercial topics
