    Requirements

    Responsible for building decks and creating a training curriculum;
    Work cross functionally with the retention teams to develop training programs;
    Act as a trainer to give sales team direction on how to deliver call flow design, personalizing calls, emails, texts and demonstrating value of service based on client needs;
    Assist in on-boarding, orientation and training for new hires;
    Determine and identify training needs and areas of improvement, by shadowing sales team; studying performance reporting and partnering with site leadership to drive improvements
    Improve training effectiveness by developing new approaches and techniques; making support readily available; integrating support with routine job functions;
    Support sales KPI and financial objectives;
    Work closely with the Director of Sales, Retention Managers to ensure the sale's team is optimizing their performance;
    Provide weekly updates on what's working well, opportunities and suggestions for improvement;

    Responsibilities

    2-3 years full-cycle training curriculum;
    3+ years in a quota-carrying retention role with a proven track record of exceeding high-volume sales performance (preferably experience in a capital marketing company)
    Experience in coaching, employee development, and optimizing team performance;
    Strong leadership, relationship building and communication skills;
    Ability to create and maintain a positive and open learning environment;
    Exceptional analytical, communication, problem solving, and presentation skills;
    Ability to influence and inspire sales teams;
    Highly proficient in Sales force, Microsoft PowerPoint;
