Develop a work environment within manufacturing allowing performance, reaching quality and safety standards and client satisfaction
Accountable for planification of the production according to the forecasted business plans
Implementation of the supply chain policy, being responsible for control and improvement of the costs
Manage and empower workforce, participate in recruitment process, assign accountability, train and develop plant team
Monitor the QSE of the plant and ensure the adherence of the whole team to the company policies and procedures
Validation of the process for conditioning and quality requested as well as the control quality process all along the conditioning process
Prepare the annual budget in cooperation with all relevant stakeholders and control the execution
Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders within the Group and with external partners (e.g. suppliers, associations linked with seed production activity or official certification services, etc.)
Responsible for management of the quality process (planning, implementing, controlling the process and insuring the permanent improvement).
