You preferably have a degree in IT or a similar qualification;
Eagerness to learn and implement new technologies;
Problem solving and troubleshooting skills;
Commitment to quality;
Excellent communication skills;
Familiarity with Agile way of working;
Drive for work optimization through automation of processes of workplace and service desk ecosystem, including self-service knowledge management, chatbots configuration and training would be an advantage;
Basic ing skills in PowerShell, Python, Ansible or equivalent would be a plus;
Overall understanding about Virtualization (VmWare andor Openstack);
Overall knowledge of networkstorageCloud compute Containers Docker and Kubernetes application release management would be a plus;
Deep understanding of English (written and spoken);
