Regular RPA Developer

Mandatory:
- 2+ years experience in IT softwareapplication development;
- 1+ year experience with RPA development;
- Understands software development methodology and lifecycle;
- Trained on working with RPA tools (e.g. Blue PrismAutomation Anywhere);
- Knowledgeable with developing, deploying, customizing and integrating RPAsoftware solutions;
- Motivated and able to work both independently and in a team environment;
- Good command of English language (speaking and writing);


Preferred:
- College or University degree in Computer Science or a related discipline;
- General knowledge of project management;
- Experience in working with 3rd Party Service Providers (vendors);
- Communicates persuasively and effectively, both orally and in writing;
- Strong initiative to find ways to improve solutions, systems, and processes;
- Ability to quickly pick up new RPAsoftware tools languages, technologies, and frameworks;
- Ability to balance a wide variety of projects in a fast-paced work environment;
- Travel up to 15% of the time.

- Work closely with Technical Leadarchitectdevelopers to understand the functional technical design;
- Develops configures automation processes as per the technical design document (TDD) to meet the defined requirements;
- Works on coding the automations or reusable components;
- Develops new processestasksobjects using core workflow principles that are efficient, well structured, maintainable and easy to understand;
- Complies with and helps to enforce design and coding standards, policies and procedures;
- Ensures documentation is well maintained;
- Ensures quality of coded components by performing thorough unit testing;
- Works collaboratively with test teams during the product unit test and UAT phases to fix assigned bugs with quality;
- Reports status, issues and risks to tech leads on a regular basis and participates in meetings calls;
- Improves skills in automation products by completing automation certification;
- Mentors new or junior developers and performs code reviews for quality control;
- Assist with administration, configuration and deployment of the RPA solution and environment, providing support in production;
- Manage small projects, pilots and proof of concepts, including as technical leader.

They are looking for a highly motivated Robotics Process Automation (RPA) Developer to take part in the development and implementation of RPA software applications, working with a variety of stakeholders around the world to ensure RPA software solutions meet business needs.

The position is based in Bucharest, Romania and will repoprt to the RPA COE LeadSenior Manager Solution Delivery in Bucharest.
