    Requirements

    English and German fluency required (reading and speaking)
    Ability to do basic mathematical calculations.
    Basic technological knowledge (Office, Internet etc.)
    Prioritizes and plans work activities
    Identifies and resolves problems in a timely manner

    Responsibilities

    Provide customertranslators operation guideline via email:

    Resolving product or service problems by clarifying the customer'stranslator's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; following up to ensure resolution.
    Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methodstools
    Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
    Customer support or Sales experience - an advantage.
    Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
