Windows, UNIX, Linux, Database (knowledge at a basic level);
Excellent command of English; FrenchSpanishGerman is a plus;
Work in shifts, 247 support;
Ability to work well as a team member;
Methodical and disciplined approach to work;
Very good communication abilities;
Initiative and good learning abilities.
Provide L1 guidance for incidents and issues to which we are notified by our customers or by monitoring systems;
Assure the operation of Hardware and Software systems;
Conduct all preparative actions in order to ensure full operation and availability of the production environment;
Plan and execute changes and releases;
Take all preparative actions to ensure the quality and continuous optimization based on service levels.
