* Minim 3 ani experienta in domeniul service vehicule si/sau componente material rulant;
* Lb engleza - nivel mediu;
* Limba germana - reprezinta un avantaj;
* MS Office - nivel avansat;

Noul rol – provocator si orientat catre viitor
Efectueaza sarcini tehnice, in principal sarcini predefinite, in vederea realizarii activitatilor de mentenanta preventiva si corectiva pentru materialul rulant (locomotive, trenuri, tramvaie, metrouri) produs de Siemens:
* efectuarea inspectiilor de mentenanta preventiva si corectiva impreuna cu echipa service Siemens
* punerea in functiune a produselor si sistemelor, integrarea componentelor intr-un sistem, lucrari de intretinere) la fata locului si de la distanta.
* asigura suport pentru procesul de ofertare pentru piese de schimb material rulant.
* sprijina clientul la distanta si la fata locului oferind asistenta personalului de locomotiva sau de atelier in cazul aparitiei problemelor.
* coordoneaza si/sau realizeaza operatiuni de serviciu definite si / sau rezolva probleme legate de produs pentru materialul rulant al clientilor.
* ofera sprijin in generarea de vanzari pentru ofertele de service prestabilite si contribuie la activitatile de planificare.
* respecta procesele definite si reglementarile de lucru specifice.
