- Connection and audio quality testing of telephony based connections

- Addresses network outages in a timely manner

- Troubleshoots the issues reported by Net-Connect customers

- Appropriate solving and escalation of all Net-Connect trouble tickets in a timely manner

- Analysis and solving of basic technical issues

- Permanently monitor Net-Connect network

- Managing routing tables efficiently and effectively selection of least cost routes

- Voice traffic monitoring and analysis

- Working in close relation with the other departments

- Resolving day-to-day activities assigned by the Department Manager.

- University of Polytechnics or Economical Academy, student or graduate;

- Excellent English speaking and writing abilities

- Organization and prioritization skills

- Motivated and hardworking

- Microsoft Excel basic knowledge

- 1 year experience or more in a Wholesale Telecommunication company would be a plus

- Basic telecommunication knowledge would be a plus (CISCO CCNA training)
