- Communicate reporting schedule to the market SPOCs, inform status of submitted reports according to deadlines
- Pursue markets data submission into Oracle Hyperion Platform (OHP) or other database as to collect all data on time
- Validate and run data sanity checks and inform the IT Strategy team about inconsistencies
- Collate the data from OHP and manual sources (e.g. excel, macros) and upload the missing data into OHP
- Create dashboards for IT KPIs presentations, IT Implementation KPIs and DxL Architecture dashboard
- Train and on-board new joiners from the markets to use OHP and Smartview
- Support the markets in OHP basic questions
- Act as key person of contact to OHP manager
- Support the creation of a quarterly financial report on IT Savings across all 24 markets
