    Job Responsibilities:

    • Management of Intercompany accounts across all legal entities
    • Design and implement a global centralized Intercompany process
    • Develop and maintain up to date standard operating process manuals and flow diagrams for the various intercompany charges.
    • Ensure intercompany balances agree at month end and that all transactions are supported by appropriate documentation.
    • Proactively engage in development and implementation of relevant processes to drive efficiency and improved internal controls.
    • Drive ICO payments process through Belin netting system in collaboration with Treasury
    • Perform ICO reconciliation before month end
    • Resolve all Out of Balances between entities before final HFM close
    • Support for external and internal audits
    • Collaborate with Tax team and Legal to ensure transfer pricing documentation is relevant and up to date
    • Respond timely to inquiries or requests for information from other functional and non-functional stakeholders.
    • Collaborate proactively with stakeholders to seek opportunities for increased automatization and process efficiencies
    • Lead and manage the intercompany team members
    • Facilitate career development and growth for the organization.
    Reporting:
    •  The position will report to the SwissCo Controller and will have direct reports
    Education:
    • University degree in Economic / Accounting 
    • English language fluency is a must
       
    Experience:
    • Desired experience 4 to 6 years, preferably gained in an international environment
    • Experience in setting up a centralized intercompany process
    • Experience collaborating/working in a Centre of Excellence/Financial Shared Service Centre environment.
    • Relevant experience from industry or public accounting in Controllership, Accounting and Auditing is a plus.
    • Ability to work and collaborate with multiple stakeholders in different locations.
    • Demonstrate negotiating and influencing skills.
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including presentation skills, with ability to quickly and positively influence different levels of the organization.
    • Advanced MS Excel skills including Vlookups and pivot tables
    • SAP and HFM experience is a plus
