    Responsabilitati

    In the situation that the Junior Auditor will identify inconsistencies related to the End User (existence, business domain, business logic), heshe will have to track identify the cause, financial impact, organization involved on one hand, but also decide on remediation actions against guilty parties.
    The Auditor bares full responsibility for the case, from the beginning and until its final resolution consequence enforcement, in collaboration with the Regional Channel Compliance team.

    Pricing activities, in scope for this role:

    Any topic related to price setup;
    Any End-User deals;
    PromoNSD (Non-Standard Discount) Special Pricing;
    Discount programs: Supplies Big Deals, Channel Managed Print Services.

    Checks:

    Select deals based on specific business criteria determined by the Bid Desk organization (Deal Net Value, multiple transactions for same customer, concurrent or consecutive, Internal Use etc., multiple customer deal);
    End User checks (open source DnBi): area of activity, number of employees, business volume, financial information, active website, email addresses, phone number, headquarter (address);
    Check business logic: number of hardware products vs End User company size, supplies usage vs installed HW;
    Check history: previous audits and their results will be checked in Thoughspot or any other Channel Compliance case tracking platform;
    Check order reports (End User to Partner);
    Check deal validity (deal begin date end date, especially for QuarterYear end);
    Happy Call: contacting the End User via telephone to confirm its existence.

    Products purchase:

    Case management:
    Work with the Program Manager to evaluate the case and decide on next steps (audit, control, other);
    Execute extended controls on assigned cases andor work together with Audit experts from Channel Compliance to close them;
    Root cause analysis;
    Deliver middle level financial analysis, if required;
    Ensure each case is properly retained and updated in Channel Compliance Global Tracker; record retention (log all details checks performed for each case);
    Will take all necessary actions and will ensure all info is gathered timely.

    Risk identification
    Whenever a business risk is identified, it needs to be evaluated and a remediation plan created and presented to the Channel Compliance team, which will take control actions.

    Communication:
    Ensures good communication with all parties involved (escalating, beneficiary, originator);
    Actively tracks the case and progress and sends updates next steps.

    Country Interaction:
    Presenting the case in the origin country, for remediation purpose;
    Offers counseling in case of any questions;
    Offers updates around Grey marketing;
    Training and communication;
    Attend all required trainings and provide feedback, information and recommendations in support of training improvements;
    May deliver or assist in delivering trainings andor presentations on Special Pricing function or general business issues;
    Act as team member by providing information, analysis and recommendations in support of team efforts;
    Ensure transparency of information, by properly documenting and storing on Share Point the information of public interest.
