Our client delights the worlds beer drinkers. They are the worlds family brewer, brewing and selling their beer for over 350 years around the world.

They are looking for a highly motivated Robotics Process Automation Center of Excellence Lead RPA COE Lead - to run the Automation COE Deliver Benefits through Automations.

The RPA COE Lead is responsible to create execute the Automation COE strategy through leadership, guidance timely decision making for the Automation COE. The RPA COE Lead has full accountability for the financial non-financial targets for the Automation COE. This position will take ownership accountability for the Automation COE including key stakeholder engagement at an enterprise and LOB level.

Many of our clients solutions are delivered through multiple outsourced service providers. These IT Solutions support business transformation initiatives and often directly affect critical business processes. The RPA COE Lead has responsibility for working with and managing 3rd party service providers relationships.

The position is based in Bucharest, Romania and will report to the Senior Manager Solution Delivery in Bucharest.

The Qualifications [HOW we expect the employees to work]:

Mandatory:
Higher education graduate
8+ years experience in IT softwareapplication development
3+ years experience with RPA development andor business
Good understanding of RPA concepts and market
Familiarity with one of market leading RPA platforms: Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere, UI Path
Good knowledge of project program management
Familiar with waterfall andor Agile delivery model
Familiar with software development methodology and lifecycle
Familiar with process improvement and transformation methodologies
Familiar with Business Process Analysis solutioning
Strong problem solving and analysis skills
Motivated and able to work proficiently, both independently and in a team environment
Good command of English language (speaking and writing).
Experience in working with 3rd Party Service Providers (vendors)

Preferred:
College or University degree in Computer Science, Management, Business or a related discipline
Experience in Agile methodologies (e.g. Scrum, DevOps)
Communicates persuasively and effectively, both orally and in writing
Strong initiative to find ways to improve solutions, systems, and processes
Ability to quickly pick up new RPAsoftware tools, technologies, and frameworks
Ability to balance a wide variety of projects in a fast-paced work environment.
Travel up to 15% of the time.

The Responsibilities [WHAT is to be delivered]:
Overall Responsibility to Run the Automation COE Deliver Benefits through Automations
Identification and agreement of Software selection deployment
Partner with relevant internal stakeholders (IT, Ops Executive etc.)
Support financial planning and responsible for the PL of the Automation COE
Agree strategic initiatives to setup and run an Automation COE
Identified LOB Business Area as Automation COE pilots
Aligned Enterprise COE Strategy
Scope for success of the Automation COE (LOB Prioritization, Process Prioritizations, Automation Tools, Catalogue of services)
Run large scale automation and transformation programs
Manage stakeholders
Manages complex projects or programs, including as technical leader
Lead initiatives or assignments related and not-related to Automation COE, as delegated by management
Keep track of the Automation COE business and provide regular status reports or by request.
