Studentfresh graduate (preferably in the field of Social Sciences);
At least 1 year experience in the Recruitment field;
Proficiency in English (both written and speaking communication skills);
Assertive and open to feedback;
Ability to communicate in a comprehensive manner;
Attention to details - ability to process data in a timely and accurate manner;
Result-oriented and able to measure the performance.
Your responsibilities will be:
- Understanding the profiles for existing openings within current processes and the new ones;
- Preparing the recruitment ads and the newsletters for the existing open roles and post them on recruitment websites, professional networks, own career email address;
- Managing the recruitment database and update the candidates profiles;
- Providing feedback to Hiring managers about short-listed candidates;
- Reviewing the candidates' applications and offer feedback after each step of the process;
- Developing the employment salary offer for the selected candidates and send the official offer letters;
