    Cerinte

    University degree;
    1-2 years of experience is desired, but not mandatory;
    ERP System knowledge;
    Knowledge of Microsoft Office
    A highly organized person, detail-oriented, with planning abilities in order to meet deadlines;
    Enthusiastic personality, with a proactive and problem-solving attitude, with ability and willingness to learn fast ;
    Good English skills;
    Italian/French is an advantage.

    Responsabilitati

    Keeping track of internal and external correspondence;
    Filing paperwork to the state authorities;
    Maintaining the relation with suppliers and verifying the stocks to determine inventory levels;
    Dealing with suppliers;
    Tracking orders invoices;
    Handling monthly documents to the accounting firm;
    Making and monitoring payments, cashbook, bank operations, NIR.
