What we wish from you?rnrn- Preferably Computer university degree or a similar qualification;rn- ITIL knowledge, IT SLA's, Key Performance Indicators;rn- IT Certification is a plus;rn- Experience with MS Windows ServerMS Windows XPVista7;rn- Analytical Thinking; Collaboration; Strong problem solving skills; Interpersonal skills in international environment; Customer focus attitude;rn- You are willing to improve technical skills.rn- Deep knowledge of English its a requirement. French or German advanced would be a huge advantage.
