Education: Preferably Computer university degree or a similar qualificationrnProfessional experience in: Knowledge of ITIL Service Delivery and Support disciplines and methodologies is a plus; Oracle certification would be a plus; At least 1-year experience in Oracle database administrationrnSocial Skills: Very good communication abilities; Team spirit; Proactive and flexible; Customer oriented; Willingness to work overtimernForeign Languages: Excellent English skills, German would be a plusrn

Support database on daily operationsrn Plan and complete delegated tasks to a high standard, delivering work inside an agreed frame-timern CERT Measures implementationrn Provide project support when neededrn Support team to prioritize daily work by checking timescales, ensuring that the most important tasks are the ones completed firstrn Work cooperatively with all colleagues for the benefit of Atos and its Clientsrn
