- Strong analytical skills, willing to learn and work independently;
- Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills;
- Demonstrable experience in driving projects and project-based activities;
- Knowledge of ITIL Foundation would be a plus;
- Prior financial exposure and ability to interpret financial statements- would be a plus;

- Engaged in scoping, logistics and staffing of GOAL waves;
- Leads overall delivery within time constraints;
- Guide Navigators and be accountable for the quality of delivery;
- Build capability within the account teams you work with;
- Ensures quality of analysis realized;
- Supports alignment of stakeholders (account teams, Lean, tower leads, automation COE etc.);
- Organizes problem-solving sessions and engages senior Improvement Managers when needed;
- Interacts with and engages local senior management;
- Acts as a role modelchange leader, coaching and guiding the account team and tower leadership;
- Continuously seek out best practice internal and external to Atos ;
- Create success stories and actively contribute to the Atos Lean community.
