Business Continuity Coordinator

- Experience in IT Service Continuity, Business Continuity and Disaster recovery processes;
- BIA (Business Impact Analysis);
Experience in at least one of the following areas is a prerequisite for us:
Business Continuity Plan
Disaster recovery plan;
Risk Management;
Training Simulations Tests;
Business Impact Analysis and Risk Assessments.

Main responsibilities

Ensure development and maintenance of Continuity Plans and supervise correct application
Execute assessments (BIA, Risk assessment) and track actions
Ensure development of continuity strategies and recovery procedures
Develop, plan DR exercises and tests and ensure their execution
BCM Awareness
Obtain Lessons learned where applicable and feed them into continuous improvement actions, especially after disasters
Plan, initiate, execute and coordinate continuous improvement
Collect data, prepare reports with defined KPIs and define additional KPIs if needed for the area of responsibility
Report status , incidents and root-cause-analysis of to global process owner and line management
