Senior IT Project Manager

- Education: qualification in project management or equivalent
- More than 5 years of relevant professional experience in project management, contract management, sales process, strategic planning, risk opportunity management, change management, customer presentations.
- Strong stakeholder management skills performing activities both internal and external with upper management focus;
- IT Background
- Corporate understanding
- Fluent in English (is mandatory). German and French Languages are considered advantage.

- Lead the planning and implementation of project;
- Facilitate the definition of project scope, goals and deliverables;
- Define project tasks and resource requirements;
- Develop full scale project plans;
- Assemble and coordinate project staff;
- Develop and manage project budget;
- Set-up and manage project resource allocation;
- Plan and schedule project timelines;
- Manage and analyse risks and issues and provide mitigation plan for them:
- Track project deliverables using appropriate tools;
- Provide direction and support to project team;
- Manage stakeholders;
- Quality assurance;
- Constantly monitor and report on progress of the project to all stakeholders;
- Drive, monitor and report progress of project;
- Implement and manage project changes and interventions to achieve project milestones;
- Drive and implement lessons learned at the end of the project.

Additional Information
Overtime may be required to meet project deadlines;
