Cerinte
We are looking for a HR Business Partner HR Manager for one of our partner, a company specialized in automotive technologies, solutions and services. The position is a newly created one, giving you the opportunity to develop, be creative and take ownership on many topics, working in an IT environment, within a global IT Hub created in 2018.
What you need:
- University diploma;
- Certificate of HR Inspector (ideally) and very good legislation knowledge on multiple areas (employee relationships, benefits, fiscal facility, occupational safety);
- Certification in the occupational safety domain is a plus;
- Consistent previous experience on a similar position;
- Advanced English;
- Experience in negotiation and benefits implementation;
- Background in multinational environment;
- To be very open minded and approachable, patient, well organized, reliable, calm, flexible in taking tasks, creative, good listener, ready to take challenges in a brand new IT global center.
- Drive, initiate or continue HR projects meant to increase employees engagement and brand awareness, like tax exemption for IT employees, benefits implementation, HR tools implementation, employees transfer, Employer of Choice initiatives;
- Administration of the IT salary tax exemption (after implementation);
- Coordinate and coach the HR Analyst;
- Acts as a back-up for all operational tasks of the HR Analyst during his/her absence (employment contracts administration, benefits administration, occupational health and safety);
- Monthly payroll validation;
- Design and implement policies and procedures;
- Workday frequent usage;
- Candidates offering process;
- Commercial contracts validation from legal perspective (nice to have);
- Actively participates in management and communication meetings;
- Represents the HR department and the company in relationship with public institutions;
- Drafts and implements key communications to local employees group;
- Annual performance review and salary calibration;
- Intermediates the relationship with the recruiting agencies;
- Coordinates annual training plan, annual team building, potential CSR eventLead discussions with local managers on HR topics.
