    Qualifications, required work experience, and skills:
    - Experienced in marketing/ communication/ branding (minimum 2 years).
    - Knowledge and implementation experience in employer branding strategies.
    - Internal communication specialist and external communication professional.
    - Great project management abilities.
    - Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    - Good English – minimum B2;
    - Graphic suite knowledge (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere) is a good advantage.
    - Strong networking and interpersonal skills with ability to build positive working relationships.
    - Extremely organized with great attention to detail.

    Main responsibilities will be to:
    - coordinate the communication department (communication specialists and a graphic designer);
    - generate strategies and communication plans in direct contact with the top management;
    - create and implement communication strategies for VEO overall & all worldwide offices, as well as different internal and external departments within the company (DARE Trade Academy, WOW stores, HR, Recruitment, Acquisitions, other support departments);
    - monitor and drive results based on main communication KPIs (for the Communication team, as well as for the members of the team);
    - manage internal communication (internal site, newsletters, campaigns) and external communication through social media (Facebook, Instagram, Linkedin) and other promoting channels;
    - create budgets for different types of campaigns and for the departments, as well as monitoring the implementation accordingly.
