    Responsabilitati

    - Information is entered on time, is accurate and in a simple and easy to read format (English only)rn- For each project, content that requires to be created or updated is proactively identified and subsequently producedrn- Briefing statements for multiplier and responsible roles are produced monthly and despatched to the required audience prior to the monthly operations drop email and uploaded to the GS Handbookrn- Ensure learning materials are identified, created and uploaded to the GS Handbook or Litmosrn- Ensure the GS Handbook content is accurate at all timesrn- The design and implementation of a content review, approve and publish process for all Handbook contentrn- To understand what each role is expected to do and translate those to ensure enablement plans are complete spot gaps and addressrn- You will own and be responsible for the accuracy of the Content Management system for the GS Handbookrn- You are responsible for ensuring that content is reviewed, approved and published in line with the required processrn- You are accountable for ensuring content is built and published on time and with accuracyrn- You are responsible for the identification of errors or anomalies in the GS handbook site across all rolescadence events and behavioursrn- You are responsible for producing monthly statistics on the usage of the GS Handbook and analysing data to proactively identify areas for improvementrn- Assigned to one or multiple Projects, you will create an Enablement and adoption plan for eachrn- You will produce enablement information for each role, cadence event and behaviour associated to the project and upload to the GS Handbook sitern- You will produce enablement briefing statements for multiplier and responsible roles each month in line with the monthly operations drop emailrn- You will create the monthly operations drop email content for each project you are assigned torn- You will upload all deliverableslinks to deliverables to the GS Handbook sitern- You will host and run monthly enablement calls for each operations drop, acting as a chair to the meetingrn- You will setup and review statistics of the GS Handbook site identifying areas requiring clarity or further developmentrn- You will produce monthly reports to show activity and uptake of the sitern- Follow the content review, approval and publication processrn- Attendance to monthly operations QA calls to identify content anomalies and correctiorn- Management of the GS Handbook mail box
