Sales Consulting activates on the HR market since 1998, having a national coverage in several areas of expertise: recruiting and selection assessment center HR market mapping/due diligence projects, personnel leasing, payroll.

Sales Consulting has 2 fully operational branches: Cluj-Napoca (also the head-office) and Bucharest.
We are developing various projects (Recruitment, Training and Consultancy) in some of the most varied type of industries:
- AUTOMOTIVE/PRODUCTION/ENGINEERING (Specialists and Middle & Top Management positions)
- OUTSOURCING (BPO/SSC/CC)
- IT & C (C++, C#, .NET, Java, Linux etc)
- FMCG (sales & purchasing positions; all levels)
- PHARMA (all levels)

- Education: BS/BA in required or equivalent experience technical trainings
- Good technical knowledge / Experience writing technical specifications
- Strong experience (2-4 years) in the use of IS business applications (specifically SAP)
- Advanced English language skills
- Being able to act as a Consultant to the business
- Partnering with internal clients/customers
- Problem solving and analytical thinking

Purpose of the positionrn
- Manage systems and business enhancement process for all IS applications, especially SAP
- Manage and channel incident resolution, decision making and on-time solution delivery
- Coordinate X-process and X-border cooperation on enhancements, standardization and improvements
- Manage and organize business power users to act as L1 support, cooperate in teams, provide proper and on-time testing and motivate them to be speaking partners for given process
- Team with the business users to identify areas for business process improvement productivity and follow them together with power users
- Support local- and regional business support teams with projects and IS related topics
- Facilitate the translation of business requirements into functional system design

Main responsibilities
- Support business with application support as per portfolio
- Manage and provide support for ERP authorization tasks, ensure proper role and authorization object development and assignment
- Maintain and manage local power user team, support and coordinate them during release testing and problem solving
- Ensure committed business ownership of business processes and authorization objects
- Providing expert technical and application advice, support power user to gain relevant support from regional business support teams
- Provision of consulting with problem solving to continuously improve business processes
- Gather information from both applications / systems in order to create functional specifications for future enhancements
- Ensure proper test of new interfaces once the programming has been completed
- Ensure all enhancements and changes follow agreed enterprise application template processes/requirements where applicable
- Follow, manage and escalate all ERP related HP SM tickets released support, power users or business
- Train the 1st level support (power users etc. in business) on tools and processes and force them to ensure knowledge transfer in case of change on power user position
- Maintain landscape diagram and basic documentation of applications, specially ERP
