With these skills, you are a great candidate:rnHungarian (C1 or above);rnEnglish (B2 or above); rnTeam working skills;rnUnderstanding of solutions and correct management of problem solution;rnCapacity of taking care of the technical documentation and following the production, experimentation and deployment phase;rnSocially skilled;rnSelf-awareness;rnTeam worker with collaboration;rnUnderstanding of client's issues;rnFlexibility;rnAnalysis and problem solving;rnIs familiar with and can explain the below concepts. Prior work experience is desirable:rnKnowledge of Active Directory;rnOperating Systems Knowledge;rnOffice Automation Software knowledge; rnServers, files, folders knowledge;rnKnowledge of Antivirus and Antimalware tools; rnWireless Devices (Blackberry, Windows Mobile, Symbian, Android).rnHas used an IT Service Management tool (BMC Remedy or similar).
ResponsabilitatiWith these activities, you will have a great impact on our business:rnTake internal customer calls;rnLog, troubleshoot and dispatch IT issues to the next level, with the aim of ensuring quick and effective resolution;rnCollect data for internal reporting;rnEnsure service level agreements are fulfilled;
