    • University Degree in technical field
    • Good knowledge of English
    • Confident usage of MS Office

    Job Description

    Your contribution to something big:

    • You are involved in the improvement processes for Printing and Reflow to increase the quality and the equipment utilization
    • Offering support in Point - CIP's (Continuous Improvement Processes)
    • Responsible to craft the work instructions for the operators
    • Experience in Surface Mounting Technology (Printing & Reflow + Placement) is needed to fulfil the technical background for this lines
    • To have a quality mindset in this position is necessary because we are a rework-free factory
    • Teammate and a mentor for training our junior colleagues
    • Responsible to prepare and coordinate the process releases
    • You are responsible to create programs for the new products in our plant
