Making time studies with MTM andor time measurement both in The Plant and in the suppliers; preparing operation plans and process flow charts, making line balancing and applying these plans in the production lines.
System engineering to analyze and design process and data flow of The Plant and suppliers,
Making the simulations of automation projects and work processes including workflows andor decision mechanisms, designing these processes and workflows accordingly.
Feasibility and makebuy analysis for the investment projects, subassembly components and business processes.
Pursuing and executing the Long Term Planning activities of The Plant.
