▪ proven work experience as a Technical Support Engineer, Desktop Support Engineer,
IT Help Desk Technician or similar role;
▪ hands-on experience with Windows/Linux environments;
▪ good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices and other tech products; ▪ familiarity with remote desktop applications and help desk software;
▪ ability to provide step-by-step technical help, both written and verbal;
▪ BS degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or relevant field;
▪ additional certification in Microsoft, Linux, Cisco or similar technologies is a plus;
▪ logical thinker;
▪ good analytical and problem-solving skills;
▪ an in-depth understanding of the software and equipment used;
▪ good interpersonal and customer care skills.

▪ manages the maintenance and administration activities of the internal network,
data servers, work equipment, internal applications and licenses;
▪ installing and configuring computer systems, diagnosing hardware/ software faults
and solving technical problems either over the phone (remote) or face to face;
▪ manages the relationship with the IT providers;
▪ prepare accurate and timely reports;
▪ document technical knowledge in the form of notes and manuals;
▪ Data Protection Officer specific assignments (responsible for overseeing a
company's data protection strategy and its implementation to ensure compliance
with GDPR requirements.);
