    Requirements


    Fluency in French and English;
    Proven experience in an administrative role;
    Organizational and multitasking ability;
    Attention to detail;
    A good team worker and Customer-oriented approach;
    Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office package (especially Excel).

    Responsibilities


    Provide administrative and logistical support during the trainings and development actions (e.g.: ensure the resources, mailing the attendance sheet, certificates, access request, break reservations)
    Act as a point of contact for multiple stakeholders ( internal and external);
    Resolve issues as they arise on site;
    Recommend improvement of the process;
    Follow-up of the agreements with external organizations, regarding the training calendar and the billing process;
    Create and propose reports regarding the key performance indicators that are measured;
    Manage the generic email address with a response in the agreed lead-time by ensuring the level of quality of the service following Group politics and procedures.
