    Requirements

    You possess a MINIMUM of 4 years of experiences within the Human Resources field, ideally in career talent management.We are looking for creative problem solvers with a passion for people innovation to join our team, and revolutionize the way the work

    Responsibilities

    The aim of the Human Resources Department is to ensure Amaris growth by giving to employees the right support and career development throughout their work experience. HR Governance offers mobility and training solutions, manages payslips and administrative procedures. and ensures compliance with legal and social HR regulations.

    Your main tasks include

    Point of contact for HR topics within the recruitment governance
    Career talent management of employees (retention, onboarding, training, mobility, etc)
    Consult and advise top management in designing the ideal HR organization
    Ensure successful yearly appraisals, people performance reviews, future development plans
    Develop management reports and analyze respective data to identify occuring HR trends and issues within teams worldwide
    Professional English level is required.
